Yes. It is 5% of gross sales, payable monthly. We have designed the company's income to depend on the success of our franchisees.

 

How do I derive my income ?

Income is based on an hourly and a per-square-foot figure, which is paid upon job completion.

 

Do I need more than one service vehicle initially?

No. Franchisees are required to start their business with only one vehicle. It will be most cost-effective to add vehicles as your business develops, or with the purchase of additional territories.

Complete protection and maintenance services for any deck, dock, fence or gazebo.         
    • Using Deckare products and skills learned at Deckare University the new owner will learn the fundamentals of outdoor wood maintenance. Equipment handling and skills training.  Sealant and stain attributes and applications.
Pressure washing of shopping centers, factories and other structures.
    • Deckare University contains a module on providing typical high pressure services.  Components include bidding and contact management as well as cleaning and chemical applications.
Low pressure washing of homes, apartment buildings, office buildings.
    • The Low pressure module at Deckare University will provide skills on cleaning with non-invasive method as well as how to market this unique method of cleaning.
