TRAINING

As a new DECKARE franchisee, you will participate in our training and certification programs. It will consist of 5 days of classroom, laboratory work and operational procedures at the corporate office. Covering such topics as;

►        Pre-Opening activities,

►        Administrative functions,

►        Employee management,

►        Marketing,

►        Operations Policy,

►        Operation Procedures,

►        Biding and Selling, and

►        Trade Shows.

DECKARE has developed specialized programs with manufacturers Sherwin-Williams® and Wolman®. They provide technical support, marketing research, product development and distribution which gives our franchisees national pricing and easy access to products, equipment and supplies.

In addition, you receive 4 days of corporate field assistance in your exclusive territory to help you open your business. These methods and standards, along with your understanding of exterior woods, products, and how to advertise your service, will give you the confidence needed to develop an increasing share of your exterior wood market.

Following your opening DECKARE representatives are always available by telephone and email to answer any range of questions.  In addition the network of DECKARE franchisees owners is a vast network of seasoned professionals willing to provide assistance.
